Snytro Immi

Terms of Use

Effective 18 July 2026. These terms apply to use of Snytro Immi migration-practice management software.

Overview

Snytro Immi provides tools for managing clients, visa matters, estimates, agreements, forms, documents, invoices, signed links, and email communication. It supports professional work but does not itself provide migration, legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice.

Professional responsibility

The migration professional remains responsible for all advice, legal compliance, client identification, document review, deadlines, submissions, fees, estimates, communications, and decisions. Users must independently verify all generated content before sending or relying on it.

User responsibilities

  • Keep the device, application account, email accounts, and credentials secure.
  • Obtain authority to collect and process client and applicant information.
  • Check recipients, attachments, links, amounts, and document content before sending.
  • Maintain legally required records and backups.
  • Use Snytro Immi only for lawful professional purposes.

Connected email providers

Gmail and Microsoft 365 connections are optional third-party services. The user authorises the selected provider separately and controls that account. Sending may fail because of revoked permissions, provider policy, quotas, account restrictions, network availability, or provider outages.

The user is responsible for reviewing a message before sending it and for complying with spam, privacy, confidentiality, and professional-communication obligations.

Availability

Snytro does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, polling, provider access, response-relay operation, or local-device availability. Users should monitor important communications and maintain suitable contingency and backup procedures.

Intellectual property

Snytro and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding, and documentation. Users retain their rights in practice and client data, subject to permissions needed to operate user-requested features.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Snytro is not responsible for professional decisions, missed deadlines, incorrect user input, messages sent to an incorrect recipient, third-party provider failure, or loss outside Snytro's reasonable control.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or other protection that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Changes

Snytro may update these terms as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
