Snytro Workstudio helps users work with selected local files, connected services, documents, spreadsheets, email-oriented workflows, and optional AI provider settings.
This policy describes the product boundary at a user-facing level.

Data Workstudio may handle
- Account identifiers or email addresses for connected services.
- Local file and folder names, paths, metadata, and selected content.
- Google Drive file and folder metadata or content when Google Drive is connected.
- Email metadata or message content when an email provider is connected and used.
- Document, spreadsheet, markdown, chart, and preview content opened in the workspace.
- AI provider settings, model settings, endpoint settings, and API key configuration status.
- User preferences, source tabs, sync state, workspace state, and UI settings.
- Support messages and diagnostic information you choose to send to Snytro.
Connected sources
Workstudio may work with these sources when enabled:
- Local files and folders selected by the user.
- Google Drive, if the user connects a Google account.
- Gmail, if the user connects Gmail features.
- Outlook, if the user connects Outlook features.
- AI providers configured by the user for AI-enabled workflows.
Users control which accounts or sources they connect and may disconnect them through Workstudio settings or the provider's own permissions controls.
Optional AI providers
Workstudio may include optional AI-enabled features. If a user configures an AI provider, selected prompts, instructions, or workspace content may be sent to that provider to perform the requested action.
Provider processing is also governed by the selected provider's own terms, privacy policy, retention settings, and account configuration.
How data is used
- Display and manage selected files and folders.
- Open, preview, edit, or organise supported work content.
- Show connected-source tabs and sync status.
- Authenticate connected services when the user chooses to connect them.
- Send selected prompts or content to configured AI providers when AI features are used.
- Maintain app preferences and workspace state.
- Respond to support requests.
Storage and retention
Local workspace data remains on the device, local workspace, or installation environment until the user deletes it. Connected-source data remains in the user's provider account until the user deletes it or changes provider settings.
Snytro may retain support correspondence and operational records as reasonably needed for support, security, legal, and business record purposes.
How to delete your data
- Disconnect Google Drive, Gmail, Outlook, or any other connected account inside Workstudio settings or from the provider's account permissions page.
- Remove local workspace data by clearing the app data, uninstalling the app, or deleting the local workspace folder used by your installation.
- Delete files, folders, emails, or documents directly from the connected provider account if you no longer want them stored there.
- Remove AI provider keys or rotate them in the provider account if they were configured for Workstudio.
- Contact support@snytro.com if you need help identifying Workstudio data locations.
What Workstudio does not do
- Workstudio is not a backup service.
- Workstudio is not a tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice service.
- Workstudio does not require users to connect every supported provider.
- Workstudio does not use this website to upload or store workspace files.
- Workstudio does not sell workspace content for advertising.
Third-party services
Workstudio may depend on third-party services selected or configured by the user, including Google, Microsoft, AI providers, device operating systems, and network services.
Snytro does not control those third-party services, their availability, security settings, or policy changes.
Security
Users remain responsible for device security, connected-account security, provider permissions, API keys, local files, and sharing settings.
Children
Workstudio is not designed for children.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Snytro may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date shows when this page was last updated.
