Overview

Snytro Immi is a local-first migration-practice management application. It helps migration professionals manage clients, visa matters, estimates, agreements, forms, documents, and client communication.

Signing in to Snytro Immi and connecting an email provider are separate choices. Signing in does not automatically give the app permission to send email.

Data Snytro Immi handles

  • The migration professional's name, email address, firm information, logo, and application preferences.
  • Client and applicant contact details, visa matter details, notes, forms, document metadata, estimates, agreements, invoices, and workflow history entered by the user.
  • Files selected or generated by the user, including PDFs and document-request attachments.
  • Audit information such as delivery attempts, client decisions, form submissions, and timestamps.
  • Support messages and diagnostics the user chooses to provide to Snytro.

Google account and Gmail data

Google identity sign-in uses only basic identity information, such as the Google account identifier, name, and email address. Gmail access is requested separately and only after the user selects Connect Gmail.

If the user connects Gmail, Snytro Immi requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send scope. The app uses that permission only to send messages the user initiates, including client emails, PDF estimates, agreement links, form links, document requests, invoices, and reminders from the user's own Gmail address.

Snytro Immi does not request permission to read, list, search, modify, delete, or synchronise Gmail messages, contacts, or mailbox folders.

Microsoft account data

If a user connects Microsoft 365, Snytro Immi uses the permissions displayed during Microsoft authorisation to send user-initiated messages from that account. Microsoft account access can be disconnected independently from application sign-in.

How data is used

  • Operate client, matter, estimate, agreement, form, document, and invoice workflows.
  • Generate user-requested PDFs, secure links, notifications, and emails.
  • Send email only after an authenticated user performs a send action or enables an application reminder.
  • Receive signed-link responses and attachments through the Snytro response relay and deliver them to the user's local app.
  • Maintain security, audit history, and application preferences.
  • Provide support and investigate user-reported problems.

Storage and retention

Practice and client records are stored in the user's local Snytro Immi database. Connected-provider refresh tokens are encrypted in the operating-system credential store. Snytro does not place those tokens in a committed environment file.

The minimal Snytro response relay stores signed-link payloads and uploaded files only as needed to deliver the response to the migration professional and apply configured expiry and deletion periods. Email providers retain sent messages under the user's own provider settings.

Sharing and disclosure

Snytro does not sell Google user data, client data, or practice data. Data is shared only with the connected provider needed to perform a user-requested action, with the intended client or recipient, with infrastructure processors needed to operate the signed-link response relay, when the user directs us to share it, or when required by law.

Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, or training general-purpose artificial-intelligence models.

Google API Limited Use

Snytro Immi's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Human access to Google user data is prohibited except with the user's affirmative agreement for support or security, when required by law, or when the data has been aggregated and anonymised for permitted operational purposes.

Security

Snytro uses encrypted transport, signed and expiring client links, least-privilege provider scopes, local access controls, encrypted token storage, and audit records. No system can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their device and connected accounts.

Your choices and data deletion

Users can disconnect Gmail or Microsoft 365 in Snytro Immi settings and may also revoke Snytro access from their Google or Microsoft account. They can delete local practice data by deleting records in the app or removing the local installation and database.

Deleting local data does not delete messages already sent to recipients or retained by the user's email provider. For help with response-relay data or an unresolved deletion request, email privacy@snytro.com. See the support page for step-by-step instructions.

Children

Snytro Immi is a professional business application and is not directed to children.

Changes

Snytro may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
