Terms of Use

These terms apply to Snytro Workstudio. They explain the product's role, user responsibilities, connected-service dependencies, optional AI providers, and rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Overview

Snytro Workstudio is a connected workspace for selected local files, connected services, documents, spreadsheets, email-oriented workflows, and optional user-configured AI providers.

Workstudio is not a backup service, professional advice service, or guarantee that any output is complete or correct.

No professional advice

Snytro Workstudio is not:

  • Legal advice.
  • Financial advice.
  • Tax advice.
  • Accounting advice.
  • Cybersecurity advice.
  • A substitute for professional review of documents, email, files, or outputs.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Checking all documents, files, messages, summaries, charts, and outputs before relying on them.
  • Managing connected-account permissions and provider account security.
  • Maintaining backups of important files and records.
  • Checking third-party terms for connected services and AI providers.
  • Protecting API keys, credentials, devices, and local workspaces.
  • Complying with laws and workplace requirements that apply to your data.

Connected services

Workstudio may depend on services outside Snytro's control, including:

  • Local operating system and device storage.
  • Google Drive or Google account services when connected.
  • Gmail or Outlook when connected.
  • AI providers configured by the user.
  • Network, browser, device, and app-store services.

Snytro does not control third-party availability, account permissions, retention, billing, policy changes, or security settings.

Optional AI providers

If you configure an AI provider or API key, you are responsible for that provider account, charges, usage limits, model selection, data sharing, and provider terms.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose. You must review output before relying on it.

Files, email, and workspace content

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access, process, copy, share, edit, or delete any file, email, document, spreadsheet, or other content used with Workstudio.

Availability and sync

Features may not work if a device is offline, a connected service is unavailable, permissions are revoked, credentials expire, provider quotas are reached, or local files are moved or deleted.

Product changes

Snytro may change, add, suspend, or remove Workstudio features over time, subject to applicable law and product obligations.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Snytro is not responsible for third-party service outages, provider changes, user configuration issues, lost files, lost emails, overwritten content, AI-provider output, or data loss outside Snytro's reasonable control.

Australian Consumer Law and non-excludable rights

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or other protection that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

Changes

Snytro may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when these terms were last updated.
