Get help with receipt capture, Google Drive folders, Google Sheets summaries, and privacy questions.

My receipts are not syncing

Check your internet connection, Google account connection, Drive storage, and Drive or Sheets permissions.

I cannot find my receipt folder

Look in Google Drive for Snytro Receipts, then the relevant financial-year folder and Receipts subfolder.

I changed Google accounts

New receipts may save to the new account. Existing receipts remain in the original Google Drive account.

My receipts are not syncing

Please check:

  • Your internet connection.
  • Your Google account is still connected.
  • Google Drive has available storage.
  • Google Sheets permission has not been revoked.

If sync still fails, open the app and check whether any receipts are marked as pending or failed.

I cannot find my receipt folder

Snytro Receipts creates receipt folders in your Google Drive. Look for:

Snytro Receipts/
  FY 2025-2026/
    Receipts/
    Receipt Summary FY 2025-2026

The exact financial year may depend on your app settings and receipt date.

I bought lifetime unlock but it is not showing

Make sure you are using the same Google Play account that purchased the unlock.

Then open the app and tap Restore purchase.

I want to delete my data

You can delete receipt files and summary Sheets directly from your Google Drive.

You can also uninstall the app or clear app storage from Android settings to remove local app data.
