Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Snytro Receipts. They explain the app's role, your responsibilities, third-party service dependencies, and rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Effective date

5 June 2026

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Overview

Snytro Receipts is a receipt organisation tool that helps you save receipt files to your Google Drive and write receipt summary rows to Google Sheets in your Google account.

The app is designed for simple manual receipt organisation. It is not designed to replace professional advice, accounting systems, tax lodgement tools, or your own record-checking obligations.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Checking receipt details before relying on them.
  • Confirming receipt dates, merchants, amounts, categories, currency, and notes.
  • Keeping records required by your tax authority.
  • Deciding what is deductible, claimable, or reportable.
  • Confirming information with your tax agent, accountant, or adviser.
  • Managing your Google Drive files, Google Sheets, sharing settings, and account security.

Snytro does not guarantee that a receipt, folder, Sheet, category, amount, note, export, or summary will satisfy tax, accounting, audit, legal, or record-keeping requirements in your country.

Google services and third-party dependencies

Snytro Receipts depends on services and systems outside Snytro's control, including:

  • Android.
  • Google Sign-In.
  • Google Drive.
  • Google Sheets.
  • Google Play Billing.
  • Your device.
  • Your network connection.

Snytro does not control Google's services, your Google account settings, your Google Drive quota, Google Sheets availability, Google Play Billing, Android backup behaviour, your device, or your network connection.

Lifetime Basic Unlock

Snytro Receipts may offer a Lifetime Basic Unlock through Google Play Billing.

Lifetime Basic Unlock applies to the current basic manual receipt features described in the app at the time of purchase. It is processed by Google Play and is subject to Google Play's billing, refund, and account policies.

Future optional features

Future optional premium features may require a separate purchase or subscription. Snytro may change, add, or remove optional features over time, subject to applicable law and app store requirements.

Receipt data and Google Drive sharing

Receipt files and Sheets are stored in your Google account. You control your Google Drive files, folders, Sheets, and sharing permissions.

Snytro is not responsible for sharing choices you make in Google Drive or Google Sheets, including access you give to tax agents, advisers, employees, family members, or any other person.

Availability and sync

Features may not work if you are offline, your Google Drive storage is full, Google services are unavailable, you revoke permissions, your device restricts background activity, or your Google account or device settings prevent sync.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Snytro is not responsible for third-party service outages, Google account issues, user configuration issues, user sharing choices, device security issues, or data loss outside Snytro's reasonable control.

Australian Consumer Law and non-excludable rights

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or other protection that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

Changes

Snytro may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when these terms were last updated.
